That's why the instruction was to zoom it twice.... to cover up the obvious broken white line on the road! Another crappy image done by probably a newbie on photoshop!
This is not a newbie on Photoshop, the pictures are taken by the google car with a spinning camera on top. Try it yourself. It's on google maps which is only contributed to by authorized google staff, and if it were just a hacker who put this, it would have been taken down a long time ago. The distortion is probably just an uploading glitch, but whatever it is, that has nothing to do with what was taken. Besides, it was probably just something on the lens because the lens spins and if you turn it then the figure is in the same place
